I haven't really heard the phrase in use before, and it was pretty shocking. Her conversation was inappropriate on many levels - she was swearing (they all do this on the bus), talking about another person's weight, talking really loudly, you name it - but it was the first time I'd heard someone say this in public and it was really offensive.
