That's what the lawyers told her to say--that lawyers who have desperately avoided any judgement call on their legal opinions, over and over for years. What they say (until the Supreme Court reviews it, and they will sell their grandmothers before they will let that happen) goes.

If it was good enough for the Nazis, it's good enough for the nazis.
