Stupid puns aside, I have a feeling Bill and Hil have already told Al it's not a good idea to throw his hat into the race. Maybe Hil's got some great cabinet post set aside for him, or an ambassadorship.
But although it would be my DREAM to see President Gore (not to mention the best fuckin poetic justice EVAH!!!) I'm afraid the deal's already been struck.
