to the Bush history on torture, to be sure. Once he is sworn in, he could hang Bush, for all we know now. However, Keisler will not, that we know for sure.

So, pick you worse evil, and move on to the next item in the order of business, impeachment.

Mukasey is either going to be moderately acceptable or the best recent argument for impeachment. It illustrates the incredible power of a sitting resident in the Executive, and why impeachment should proceed now. Amend HR333 to include Bush, and do a two-for-one.
