Worth noting that every one of the serious Presidential candidates on the Democratic side cop to being Christians. We're a long way from any real chance of electing an atheist or agnostic.

I'm opposed to giving power to young-Earth creationists who say that their religion's creation myth should be given equal status to evolution in public school curricula. At least three of the stated GOP candidates hold that position.
