that's what I'd love to see happen too and a big reason I'd like Gore to run.

but the reality is that "healing" probably wouldn't take place. they'd crank up the same bullshit noise machine they did during his campaign and smother his presidency with it.

we won't see any real healing until we find some way to dismantle their media machine, not just spread info by going around it like we do thru the internet and the blogs, but dismantle and return the broadcast media to actual journalism.

trouble is to do so and still remain true to our progressive ideals without resorting to reverse censorship or govt. control, and thus accusations of being partisan and "just as bad", will be difficult, to say the least, if not impossible.

there are ways tho ...
