15. Why not just unite to support Hillary against a more than likely run in the GE...
I'm not a supporter of Hillary, but, why should people throw their candidates under the bus and run to support any one single candidate? I mean, who gets to pick who that is? Obama supporters? Edwards supporters? etc. Besides, both Edwards and Obama promised us a campaign that would not be the same ol same ol campaign of personal attacks. I though we would have candidates with messages of hope. It's up to us to familiarize ourselves with the candidate's messages. After that it's really a matter of personalities or the way a campaign may resonate (or lack thereof). The candidates have a responsibility to try to connect with us. If they fail to do so, it is, well naive to ask the electorate to rally around them anyway. Should we ask Hillary supporters to drop their support for her and join us in supporting "X" (Edwards, Obama, Kucinich, Biden, etc.)? Explaining our preferred candidate's position(s), as we see them, is the most we can do to get our friends and family to join us in supporting a particular candidate. The rest is in their hands.
