I want to thank each and every one of you fine people for your condolensces, heartfelt sympathy, advice, and overall caring thoughts. You don't know the how much that all helps in this time of anguish, pain and despair that I feel over the loss of my wife Sandy...who I will still contend was sent to her grave by the murdering thugs governing the State of Indiana.
Tomorrow is going to be extremely difficult and trying for me as that is when we will lay my beloved to rest...all 80 pounds of her. Thats right... 80 POUNDS. Just a week before Thanksgiving when we found out about this parasite that had invaded her body, she weighed 139 pounds. This tells me that the tumour that had attacked her liver was a savage and mean beast. I wish someone could tell me why she was sent home only a day after surgery that was suppose to strangle and shrink this thing?? Had I known THEN...what I know NOW (and I don't believe I have all the facts), I wouldn't even have allowed them to perform surgery.
Anyhow...anger and pain is once again overtaking me, so I'm going to go away for awhile now. But I deeply appreciate everyones concerns at this time. When I return, perhaps we can discuss all the frustrations I have pent up inside me over this event. May God bless each and every one of you...and PLEASE...FOR GODS SAKE...TAKE CARE OF YOUR WELL BEING!
Ron
On edit...I wanted to include the lyrics to a beautiful song done by the Ozark Mountain Daredevils from their album "Men From Earth". This song held a special meaning for Sandy...and she loved it immensley:
Its How You Think Words and Music by Larry Lee 1976
There are people livin'in poverty Their lives are just misery Can't get enough relief
There are children needing some food to eat Shoes on their little feet Lookin' to you and me So... (chorus)
Why do we look away Think it will go away today I think it's only fair That we should all be asked to share
There are men among us who rule our land And though they're just fools in bands Hold us all in their hands
There are people preaching their gods to me Saying that I can't see Yet they give me books to read
(chorus)
They say more's wrong than right Some say more dark than light I say it's how you think That makes you swim or sink
