Is modified by the realization that our government's attitudes have continued to push the world further out of control. I am imagining the day when a radical fundamentalist state with atomic weapons tells the world to adopt their beliefs or literally "go to hell". While our attention has been consumed rounding up the worlds' oil supply, atomic weapons, the real existential danger to the world have been allowed to proliferate. Why does lack of sanity seem to be the main requirement to govern a country. Our's and their's.
