I am happy that you have had a "successful" life. If you had read through my post, I hope you would see, that there are many, many people that are born to not even a home. I am not a victim, I am just another story. My father got bent after his blood and gore stint in WWII. My mother died of cancer when I was a year old. I grew up in foster care. I also have had a 'successful' life, but I was very, very, fortunate. It was not by my doing, I was just really lucky. I know many, many women who never got out. There are many stratas of society in this country, but very few people are willing, or able to see down below the one they know. And it's getting worse every day.
