52. That is a legislative proposal to preserve existing Florida rights
against recent moves by large corporations to institute search-cars-in-public-lots rules, a la the Weyerhauser case. This creates no new access; Florida law has always recognized the right to have a firearm secured in the car, as long as it is not on your person.
