I remember it happened towards the end of the show once. It was maybe just after one of the primaries, because they were talking about how they'd been up forever. They came back from a break, and Mika had this stunned look, and basically said that Joe had just gotten really pissed during a conversation during the break and walked off. Then when they did the "what have we learned today" bit at the end, it was just her and Willie, and they still looked freaked out by the whole thing. Joe was absent the next day also.

I think he really does have issues with women when they stand up to him and argue.
