1. Build a large fence and employ other neighborhood kids to patrol your neighborly border. If any of the neighbors try to cross, arrest them. If they manage to evade the other kids and you find them, force them into slave labor.

2. Distribute candy, knives, alcohol, slingshots, fireworks, nunchucks, and salt guns to all other neighborhood kids that claim they will help you, whether you believe them or not. If anyone catches you doing this, burn any incriminating evidence and blame your dog.

3. Provide your pets with a color coded alert system to make them away of the neighbor kid's presence (dogs are colorblind but I'm sure they will get the hang of it eventually).

4. Use your neighbor's dog kennel and lock any kids you find in there for questioning. Use any means necessary to find out if they are brats. If anyone complains, hey, it's not in your backyard, right?
