14. Can Scott reject or waive executive privilege?
Executive privilege protects the Presidents advisor's and the advice they give from disclosure. This allowing The President to receive unfettered advice from them. But can it be used to protect The President from his advisor's and form a gag order? Can his advisor's waive the protection of Executive Privilege?
