3. HOO-AH!
Sorry, but every time I hear a story like this, it brings to my mind all that footage of our soldiers arrogantly and bellicosely shouting "HOO-AH" into the cameras as they left for Iraq. (And, of course, of the press and most of the public hooting "HOO-AH!" right back.)

This dead young man, and all the other dead and maimed victims of Bush's hateful and pointless war -- not to mention the trillions of dollars in waste and damage -- are what "HOO-AH" really translates into.

Maybe these gung-ho types will hesitate before they again succumb to the HOO-AH mindset.
