10.  I think Daschle would not have been nominated. Napolitano would not be at
Homeland Security and Sebelius would not be at DHHS. LaHood would not be Commerce and Duncan would not be at Education. In fact I think most of the Cabinet appointees would not be there.

I doubt Gates would be there.

I would expect that a Clinton White House would be much closer to gender parity.

On other appointees linked, I think Panetta would have had a role.

My listing is not exhaustive.
