As for Glasgow Coma Score you cannot determine the GCS WITHOUT ACTUALLY ASKING THE PATIENT THE NECESSARY QUESTIONS AND OBSERVING THE RESPONSE from the patient herself. But may still be superseded by the presence of head injury and the history of the injury and immediate effect on the patient post injury. Very Good!
