14. If a cyst gets twisted

It cuts off blood flow to the ovary, and that's a surgical emergency. Ovarian cysts are surprising common in young women, and occasionally one goes bad.

BTW, every once in a while the same thing happens to a testicle. You can start cringing now, guys.
