Anyone who has followed some of the ludicrous briefs the RIAA has sent it's counsel out on in recent years should realize that these guys are brilliant lawyers if only by dint of the fact that they can argue these cases with a straight face. The RIAA's legal costs must be astronomical even when they're not in litigation somewhere (which is probably rare).

They don't throw this money around on lightweight lawyers.

Beyond that, I'll reserve judgment until or unless something way more ominous than this crops up about him.

Maybe I'll go find a pirate thread.
