3. Outsourcing must be dealt with.
Companies must be given tax breaks for creating jobs here in America, and taxed more heavily for overseas operations. Right now, it's just the reverse. We have to provide incentives to companies for the jobs they create here, or we will continue to lose jobs.

We will never be able to compete with overseas wages, unless we dramatically lower work standards in this country, so there must be something else put in place to make job creation here more attractive to American companies. At the same time, we must also discourage overseas job development by eliminating the things that favor overseas job development.

Take care of America first, create jobs in America that will increase our tax collections and allow us to do more in the future. Makes perfect sense to me. I hope Obama is working on something, I realize he can only do so much at one time, even multi-tasking.

I keep hoping we're going to see this addressed soon. We surely need new jobs in this country, and this seems to be a good start to making that happen.
