I think we have all known this was the case since the revelations were revealed. This has to be addressed for the mental health of all Americans. We need to disavow these practices and punish the perpetrators otherwise we all feel a little bit complicit. I don't want this on my head. No one should be above the law! And what about the 7 bad apples from abu Graib? Does this change placing the blame on these underlings for torture programs sanctioned from the top.
