It was linked here at DU. I support everything he said, including all the points of law he stated would be followed but I already supported all that before the criminal Bush regime broke all those laws. None of what Obama said has any meaning in the long-term if people are allowed to go unpunished for breaking all of the laws and regulations whenever they feel like it just because they are republicans or forgive all the crimes just because the are democrats. The talk of "law" means nothing when the laws will never be enforced and the criminals will never be held accountable.
