I am so sorry that you had to see them. I currently live as far away from black folks and Mexicans as possible, so I'm unaware of this type of beef between the two groups in California. His comments come across as someone who has been directly affected by the happenings and who has become bitter and ignorant as a result.

However, I am still quite curious to know why in response to this OP, a story about roving bands of black men who attacked two gay bartenders was tossed into the mix. What in hell that story has to do with the apparently well-documented and well-known story of blacks being attacked by Latino gang members in a specific area of California is beyond my comprehension.
