Midtown drivers should avoid the area around East Pima Street and North Swan, where traffic is heavily congested due to a demonstration at U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords' office. Critics of the proposed health care reform bill are holding a honk-a-thon, circling the office sounding their vehicle horns, which is disrupting the flow of traffic significantly. Other demonstrators are walking the sidewalk outside the office waving signs.
