20. Doesn't really matter to Cantor what the wealthy really are, job creators or not.

Some may be, most are not, but what the wealthy really do that does matter to him, is that they help him keep his job by contributing to his campaign war chest, and in return they expect him to vote and go stump for their interests. If he has to lie and spin the truth, so be it, as he doesn't really care about anyone but those who will help him to remain in office and continue to enjoy the perks and money that come with his job.

Being a Republican means that he can always blame "socialism" as being the root cause of everything that is wrong or goes wrong in the US, and will claim that tax cuts for the wealthy spur job creation, but the real job creators, with the exception of small businesses, are those being multi-national corporate capitalists, who don't pay much if any taxes, due to loopholes in the federal tax code. US workers cannot compete vs the global economy due to the much higher cost of living here, as well as the corporate costs of their long-term employment. So how will keeping the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy make any difference? It doesn't. But Cantor won't ever admit to that, since his corporate and wealthy benefactors will abandon him otherwise.
