trying to make a teabagger think for himself

one of my former boy scouts is running for public office for the first time this november. he is running as a republican and is backed by the local teapartyers. i have read some of the things he has said in the papers and am disappointed that he is jsut throwing out the same old boring answers (governmetn is too big, taxes too high, ect). i was thinking of emailing him and asking him for specifics on how government is too big and wht he would want ot do. if he can give me a good answer, i was going to offer to hold a sign for him on election day.

your thoughts
