never had any customer service problems with them. They have always been courteous to us and just last year moved our "dish" from one side of our house to the other because of tree interference. When they did so they gave us an HD upgrade for FREE since we have been long time customers. When we had 5 hurricanes in 2005, we NEVER lost service, even though our local channels did.

I just got this month's bill out and was getting ready to call them because NOW the closest local station is getting dropped. I wanted to find out what they are planning to do because I will probably have to switch to Verizon. My husband is really upset because he WANTS his sports channels. TBS is covering the Rays games right now, but if they keep dropping channels we won't have a choice. AND I'M NOT PAYING MORE MONEY either!

We have all the channels because my husband likes his sports AND NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC, which now have been compromised! While I don't know all the particulars, I think it's FOX who is trying to SCREW us and not necessarily DISH. But I don't know! I don't see how DISH can expect us to pay more FOR LESS!

Still, I'm going to call right now because I intended to do so anyway! Sure don't want Comcast because I had them before and now my INTERNET is with Verizon. So we will have to use Verizon if we switch.

This country just keeps SCREWING us over each and every day and I've really had ENOUGH! Wish I could get my husband "unhooked" but he works hard and the TV is about all he has. We rarely ever go out to eat, we don't travel and he works very hard. He's can fix just about anything so that saves us money, so TV he can have! The economy has prevented us from doing much of anything so I don't complain. I cook dinner every night and we stay home unless we go somewhere that's FREE!

That's life in "my little America these days! And now THIS!!

I'm living an American Dream called "Trying To Keep My Head Above Water!" And it's one I'm sure so many, many more are living too!

And to top it off... I live in Florida and am having NIGHTMARES about RUBIO!! Just shoot me!
