However, given the cravenness of today's Democratic Party, I'm not holding my breath for them to "save us."

The Democratic Party I knew as a kid and while growing up, knew how to fight and knew how to win. Today's Dems seem to know only how to throw bullshit at us, and cower any time a Republican says "boo."
