President of Chattanooga Technology arrested again

CATOOSA COUNTY, GA. (WRCB)--The president of a local technology company is in trouble with the law for a second time in six months.

Fort Oglethorpe Police say Gregory Austin took a 13-year-old to a motel room and had sex in front of her.

President of Local Technology Company Faces Rape Charges

CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) The president of a local technology company has been charged with aggravated statutory rape.

Police say Gregory Austin had sex with a 14-year-old girl.

The girl's mother called police when she found text messages on her daughter's cell phone.
