We have been listening to radio in Barbados and are shocked at the damage. Clearly no one in the Eastern Caribbean learned a damn thing from Grenada's devastation from Ivan. Lots of roofs off, houses damaged and trees and power lines down in Barbados. Collective memory has disappeared since Janet in 1955.
I'm betting that all standards will improve after this - imagine if Tomas was a major hurricane.
