Three-quarters of this "video" consists of a... wait for it... still frame... of this poor relation to Osama, who apparently doesn't own a digital camera. It's only during the still frame that the voice (which doesn't match Osama's from prior productions) mentions any current events.
My take: This is a psychological operation, or rather an experiment: the most obviously dubious and amateur "video" is presented as a test of the corporate media's obedience and the general public's apathy. How much government-served shit will the networks eat (and then puke out back at their viewers), if it's sprinkled with the sugar of national security? Answer as usual: no limit!
