It turns out that the brochure is from Randall Terry, but the Smith 2008 campaign is a fiction, something like street theater, to get people to not vote for 9iu11ani because of his position on abortion. It compares voting for a pro-choice candidate to voting for a pro-slavery candidate. You've omitted the panels where this is revealed.
