I did do that about five years ago and it has paid me back in spades. And that was when natural gas and electricity was relatively cheap. Sure glad I did it when I did.

Or if people could afford a new fuel efficient car, that would help a lot.

$600 isn't going to change nothing for me. I give my kids bigger Christmas presents than that.
