2. While I don't like the stink outdoors, it doesn't
set off my asthma. I'd much prefer sticking with the indoor bans instead of overdoing it to the point that people rebel and start setting fire to the things whenever and wherever, like they did in the 50s.

In other words, there's a point where restrictions get so onerous that none of them will be respected. I'd prefer not extending the ban to outdoor activities and assemblies.
