After all, we keep saying the G. W. Bush has been a woefully inadequate and in many ways ineffective president, when he's not being outright criminal. Well, at least they must agree on the inadequate and ineffective part.

Listen to the Freepers. Seven and a half years into the Bush administration and everything is still Bill Clinton's fault. That means Bush either hasn't done a thing in all that time or that nothing he has done has worked. He's inadequate and ineffective.
