There has to be a remedy to the wrongs committed rather than to say ok we leave all these unqualified partisan people in place and go back to hiring for openings as they occur on a non-partisan basis.

IF the rule is that no one gets prosecuted and removed from office, then the remedy is to follow the rule and remove them when Obama takes office.
