Recall that in the 90s, Hitchens tried to give up his *good friend* Sidney Blumenthal to the Ken Starr inquisition (on totally bogus grounds of course). But the point is that his hatred of the Clintons is such that he tried to have his *friend* put in prison in order to get at the Clintons and suck up to the VRWC. You don't have drinks with someone like that.

A guy like that shouldn't have friends -- and at this point he probably doesn't. He shouldn't have social acquaintances either. Just let the smelly, impotent drunk rot away on his own.
