That will solve your ticket and your insurance problem. If they will do that, you'll have to pay some fee or fine, but you won't have a conviction, and your insurance rates won't go up.

Then take up your cause through political avenues. You will lose going the direction you are headed.

I don't believe you said that you were not exceeding the speed limit by 15 mph, so your objection is to form (of evidence), not substance.
