I probably fire my guns maybe two or three times a year, no more than that.

The only impediment to firing a gun rapidly is intimidation...most new shooters are unfamiliar with the gun and are a little intimidated by it. Once you get over that, spraying bullets wildly is no more difficult than flicking your finger really fast. It's so easy a child can do it...as the numerous child gun deaths in our nation prove every year.
