outrageous clothes sometimes. He was known for that, wearing the most outlandish outfits to get people's attention. Juries couldn't keep their eyes off him. And it worked too, he is one of the most successful lawyers in Congress.

Speaking of which, have you seen the way he demolishes Republicans on the floor of Congress while wearing the most garish shirts and ties he can find? While they're looking at his outfits, he's busy exposing how little they know about the Constitution eg. It's political theater at its best. Damn, he's good. Knickers would be a great addition to his already hilarious and attention-getting wardrobe.
