The rape/incest exception is absolutely indefensible, morally.

It is a cheap political compromise because it is the only position on abortion that gets over 50%.

But it is morally bankrupt.

If abortion s murder you do not murder children because of who their father is.

If abortion is not murder than you don't limit women's control over their own lives to extraordinary and repugnant circumstances.
