China and Russia never object to the US expanding its wars -- not a word of criticism. Watching someone shoot himself in the foot. They know it will likely end badly for the US on its own, to their advantage.
But China is also being a bit proactive by accumulating the dollar, as a fallback against being attacked. Very smart, and necessary. The hostility of the empire to China couldn't be clearer.
