12. Sarah's character will just use the PAC money for Personal Pleasures

Based on her past actions i just see this pac thing as a scam so she can just use the money for her play time...unless there is a rule against it. It's just that Sarah just doesnt seem interested in politics or anything except for cutting the middle man out and taking the money and running for the hills....essentially a more efficient republican.
