I've been offline for so long and to come back and see this...she was a strong, tough, smart and funny member of DU. She was (and always will be in these pages) the kind of person who makes DU the special place it is.
And far too young...thank you to her sister for thinking of us, and condolences to the family. This is an enormous loss.
