In San Francisco, even in the parking lot, there would be no question. Some other municipalities might send someone to hassle you but as long as you are not impeding traffic (foot or otherwise), you are within your right.

I suggest a bold title such as, "Whole Foods Surrenders to Monsanto" followed by (in smaller type) "so does Organic Valley and Stonybrook Farms" then follow with a short list of bullet facts gleaned from the article (3-4 is good) and then a URL.
