26. To me it's all about the Easter Bunny and Peter Cottontail.


The holiday predates the spread of Christianity ( as does Dec. 25th).

People can bring any sort of meaning to it that they wish. Fine by me. ( It might be nice if the relatives spared the nonbelievers the sharing of "Saying Grace"; but it's not the hill I want to die on so I'll just keep quiet if they go into that.)

Nice weather in NYC area. Deliteful, really.
