Spying: NZ awaiting Israeli apology
http://english.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/89F41684-AEF4-4AD9-9E22-CF24C4BCAA1B.htm

"New Zealand's Prime Minister Helen Clark says she is still waiting to receive a formal apology from Israel over a scandal involving Israeli spies.

Clark said on Monday that she was encouraged by the words of regret from Israel's president but that New Zealand still wanted a formal apology.

Relations between the two nations have been frosty since two suspected Israeli agents were convicted and imprisoned in New Zealand for trying to fraudulently obtain a passport in 2004."

if you are wondering why i find that interesting it is this angle..

"Investigators look for trail of Hariri's assassin
Probe into deadly bombing has ranged as far as Australia

Dia'a Rashwan, an Egyptian expert on militant groups, ruled out the possibility that the videotape was made by militants because Abu Adas did not use Quranic verses commonly used by those who carry out attacks in Iraq and Israel.

"It is also very hard for a previously unknown group to start its work with such a huge attack," Rashwan told The Associated Press. He said a "state intelligence service" was "probably" to blame.

The Lebanese investigation has gone as far as Australia. Justice Minister Addoum asked Australian police to investigate 10 men who left Beirut the day of the bombing after he said traces of TNT were found on two airliner passenger seats."

"Government security agencies are sensitive about false passports being used by foreigners for illegal activities and Foreign Minister Phil Goff noted that Cara's passports could be for "an assassination in a third country". "

7. Agreed
as to Bhopal. (My family is from Donora PA -- http://www.dep.state.pa.us/dep/Rachel_Carson/donora.htm, http://www.docheritage.state.pa.us/documents/donora.asp, )

Although the issue with Shell was direct protection payments to Indonesian and Philippine terrorist groups.
