Gingrich calls on DeLay to work with ethics investigators
http://www.mysanantonio.com/sharedcontent/APStories/stories/D89I4C9O0.html

"Tom DeLay should indicate that he will cooperate totally with any ethics investigation," said Gingrich, the former House speaker. "But I think that until that process is done, it would be very inappropriate and wrong to ask him to step down"

Speaking to reporters after meeting with the conservative group, Gingrich blamed Democrats for not complying with DeLay's own willingness to cooperate with ethics investigators.

"It's very ironic right now — DeLay has indicated he is willing to cooperate with an investigation, the House Republicans have indicated they will vote for such an investigation," he said. "You now have the Democrats refusing to take yes as an answer."

The former House speaker is said to be a possible contender in the 2008 presidential election, and with its first-in-the-nation primary New Hampshire is a critical state for any White House hopeful. But Gingrich tried to minimize any suggestion he might be running. "I want to shape the platform in both parties in 2008," he said. "I can't imagine any place in America more likely to help you shape the party platform than to come here."

2. It's simple. Gingrich takes DeLay out, gets DeLay's supporters.
That's how.

Shouldn't be hard. We've got a party chairman who thinks we need to talk more nicely to assholes like you, Gingrich.

I think he wants to run as both a Democrat and a Republican. Should work for him, the parties are not that far apart. War, War, War, Tax cut, tax cut, tax cut. Passed in both houses by extremely large amount..Once there was an opposition Party but once there also was a country named America. Now there is no opposition Party and a New Bold Country called Amerika... seig heil

23. i think it's pretty good advice. given the shape of ethics investigations
in this age, delay will probably be exonerated of any charges and they'll find that it's somehow hillary's fault.
