A Look at U.S. Daily Deaths in Iraq (360 U.S. service members have died)

As of Friday, Oct. 31, 360 U.S. service members have died since the beginning of military operations in Iraq, according to the Department of Defense. snip

On or since May 1, when President Bush declared that major combat operations in Iraq had ended, 222 U.S. soldiers have died in Iraq, according to the latest Defense Department figures.

1. And I would bet that those numbers are false
A neighbor of mine who happens to be Jordinian, went to Jordan last week, and he said we're being lied to on the number of US soldier deaths. The number is much higher according to him.

5. I think that families would notice if their loved one's death was not
up on the Pentagon's website or any of the multitude of lists that exist. Unless you are suggesting that military personnel are dead and that the families are not being notified, I think the numbers are correct. Many here have been watching the daily reports and I have not seen or heard any evidence that they are wrong.

May they all find peace with God.

6. Please excuse me but i'm going through a little
internal political revolution, I might be a raging socialist but i'm not sure yet lol. I just have a question/thought, I really don't think that mainstream america appreciates the vast quantities of horse manure that this fascist has gotten us into. He needs to be removed at all costs and by all means necessary sans violence.

7. it's a shame
that these soldiers have to die based on a lie. i pray that they will be able to come home before more lives are taken away. bush needs to go.
