Denver Archbishop says anti-Christian sentiment growing
Denver Archbishop Charles Chaput said the October murder of three Christian girls in Indonesia was an example of growing violence against Christians by Muslims across the world.

"Anti-Christian discrimination and violence seem to be growing throughout the Islamic world," Chaput said. "I would call on all persons of good will - not just American Christians but American Muslims - to demand from our government and our ally Indonesia an immediate effort to end the violence against Christians in Indonesia."

Chaput spoke at the U.S. Capitol at a forum put on by Sen. Rick Santorum, R-Pa., entitled "Christmas Under Siege Around the World." Santorum, a conservative Roman Catholic, introduced Chaput as "a friend and someone I work with on a variety of issues."

The October attack occurred on the island of Sulawesi, Indonesia. According to news reports at the time, four girls from a private Christian high school were ambushed while walking through a cacao plantation on their way to class. They were attacked by unidentified assailants, three were beheaded and another was seriously injured.

1. what goes around comes around Mr Archbishop... your 2000 year
reign of rape torture and murder in the name of jesus is bound to have some kind of pay back according to
the laws of karma. say, what exactly does the "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" saying mean,
anyway?

3. Payback for what youse guys tried to do to Suliman, Fr. Chuckie...
Was a time when the Muslims would have been perfectly happy to live and let live, like i read they did in what was called "Moorish" Spain.

But NO-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O!
You guys had to get a huge bug up your asses in the 12th Century to "wrest Jerusalem from the Infidel" and bring everyone you met there "To the Cross or the Sword..."

Payback's a Bee-Yoch.

4. Gee Brother Chaput, not much I can do about Muslims
But I know that I've been quite outspoken against folks who claim to be Christian from waging war, whether by military or budgetary means. What are you doing in your parish, in your diocese, in your state, in your country, to stop the sin of war being waged by your own country?

Start there, and if we're successful in stopping the United States from killing thousands and thousands of innocent civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan, then I'll go with you to Indonesia to work on the three girls killed there. Deal?
